This treasured locket was crafted to contain its secrets within the confines of its 14k yellow gold case. Oval in shape and prodigious in size, the front has appliqués of two vertical ribbon-like stripes which appear to be threaded thru the horizontal beam of a heraldic cruciform pattée appliqué. Centered is a silver star set with a cushion cut old mine cut and ten (10) rose cut diamonds with an estimated total diamond weight of .22 carats. The interior reveals a compartment replete with glass cover and rim.
